We support birthparents, adoptive parents and their children throughout all stages of the adoption process and beyond. From infertility counseling, to counseling for women facing unplanned pregnancies, to help with research and reunion, our services address all aspects of the lifelong experience of adoption.

The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh is a state licensed, private, non-profit organization. We have been a licensed adoption agency for 113 years and have completed more than 7,000 adoptions. We are a comprehensive infant adoption agency, and we place infants of all races, including special needs infants, in safe, permanent and loving homes.
